This is an OPEN meeting of NETA – no membership is necessary. Just come out and learn more about playing in our natural lands and parks!

Agenda for the day:

• 1:00 – 2:00 – Hotdogs and hamburgers at the grill.
• 2:00 – 3:00 – General meeting for all
  • Updates on natural areas and trails opening soon in the area
  • Open discussion on the Ocean To Lake Greenway Celebration – we want input on how to make 2012 even better!
  • Announcements and brainstorming for NETA events for fall/winter season
• 3:00 – 4:00 – Q&A in the shade – more details on issues and activities for anyone who wants to stick around.

The Northeast Everglades Trails Association is a non-profit organization working on behalf of all trail interests, including hikers, bicycle riders, horseback riders, water trails, and other passive trail users. We hold trail events and activities in our natural lands and parks, and work with groups to create a network of interconnected trails throughout our region. Our marquee event is the annual Ocean To Lake Greenway Celebration, held in February each year.
