Farms development proposals update

CHASE BANK HAS WITHDRAWN THEIR APPLICATION TO BUILD A BRANCH BANK IN LOT 5 (SE CORNER OF INDIANTOWN RD AND JUPITER FARMS RD) “THE PRESERVE”"

HOWEVER

There is interest by a developer to purchase the corner and build on it.

To do this he must have the zoing changed from Preserve Easement.

We do not have any further information at this time

It is important that we let the Palm Beach County Commissioners that Jupiter Farms Residents express their opinions on the future of the preserve.
